Company Overview

(hereinafter referred to as Zigao Valve) is located in Zigong City, Sichuan Province, China, the largest valve R&D and manufacturing base. The company’s new workshop is situated at No. 21 Jinchuan Road, Bancang Industrial Park, a national high-tech development zone. Established in 2008 with a registered capital of 110.9 million RMB, Zigao Valve covers 73,000㎡ with a building area of 51,000㎡ and employs over 300 people, with an annual production capacity exceeding 600 million RMB.

Zigao Valve is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the design, R&D, production, and sales of valves for gas, petroleum, and petrochemical industries. By adopting advanced foreign technologies and exploring new fields, Zigao’s products are widely used in industries such as petroleum, natural gas, heating, chemical, power, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, and construction. The company has successful collaborations with major domestic and international enterprises, including PetroChina, Sinopec, China Resources Gas, China Gas, ENN, Dongfang Electric, Russia's Surgutneftegas, and Lukoil.

Zigao Valve’s product range includes various standards and materials of ball valves, gate valves, butterfly valves, globe valves, check valves, flow control valves, and pigging valves. Customized products are available upon request. Product specifications range from 1/2” (DN15) to 48” (DN1200) with pressure ratings from 150LB (PN16) to 2500LB (PN420). Zigao has obtained various international and domestic certifications (TS, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, CE, API 6D, API 607, API 6FA, ISO 15848 Low Leakage Certification) and has a comprehensive quality assurance system and control measures. The company has a quality inspection center equipped with advanced detection methods such as RT (Radiographic Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), PT (Penetrant Testing), and hydrogen mass spectrometry leak detection, ensuring reliable product quality and high praise from customers worldwide.
